Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Ganityagya Educations Private Limited ("GanitYagya") handles refunds and cancellations for subscriptions purchased on this platform.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Once payment is made and your subscription or plan is activated, access to the purchased content and features is granted immediately. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is successfully completed, except in the specific cases described below.
2. Exceptions
We will review a refund request if:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical/payment error
- Payment was deducted from your account but the subscription was not activated on the platform
- You were charged for a plan or feature that was not as described on the platform at the time of purchase
To request a review under these exceptions, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the transaction, with your registered mobile number and the payment reference/transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Promotional Codes and Discount Links
Any discount codes or offer links shared by GanitYagya are issued only through our official channels — our support email, official WhatsApp number, website, or verified social media pages — and are intended solely for the recipient they were shared with. Unauthorized sharing, resale, or misuse of a discount code may result in cancellation of the associated subscription without a refund.
4. Cancellation
You may stop using the platform at any time; however, since subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed period, stopping use does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period, except as covered under Section 2 above.
